About our co-owner, Jason Kynaston
Co-owner, Director, career baker and pastry chef. Growing up in Mackay in North Queensland, Jason was a high achieving apprentice. He practiced his trade in Australia and UK in both bakeries and restaurants before making Brisbane his permanent home. Always aspiring to modernise the classics and perfecting the timeless, Jason strives to always deliver the experience you are looking for.
