SWEETS

Our sweets are made by us by hand from scratch and without anything artificial. Being independent, means we have the ability to experiment with our products, so you’ll find new items regularly. We like to take traditional Australian bakery favourites and refine them with modern ingredients, techniques and flavours, to remind you of times past but excite your tastebuds with whats coming in the future.

Granny’s Lime Tart

Grandma used to make these for us in lemon, we’ve jazzed them up with zesty lime, fresh & tangy

Baileys and Cookies Chocolate Éclair

Éclair filled with a baileys & cookies; mascarpone cream topped with luxe dark chocolate ganache, crumbs &; choc chips.

Apple Turnover

So simple but so good, we stew apples in raw sugar, rum and vanilla, wrap it in butter puff pastry, and filled with vanilla bean fresh cream. THE BEST!!!

Belgian Chocolat Tarte

A true French Tarte Amer recipe, we use top quality, dark Belgian coverture chocolate. Deep and rich.

Carrot and Pineapple Cake

Layers of delicate carrot cake and vanilla cream cheese icing. Topped with a sharp orange jelly, and jewelled with apricot slivers, cranberries and caramelised peanuts.
